Last updated: June 14, 2026
1. Who we are
Fraks.World is operated by Infostar International. Infostar International is the data controller responsible for the personal data described in this notice.
2. Personal data we collect
- Account data — name, email address, login credentials, and any profile information you choose to provide.
- Profile and content data — interests, headline, projects, canvases, stakeholders and other content you create in the Service.
- Support data — messages you send to us and any attachments.
- Usage and device data — pages viewed, actions taken, timestamps, browser and device identifiers, IP address, and approximate location derived from IP.
- Billing identifiers — limited identifiers (such as customer and subscription IDs) returned by Paddle. Card details are collected and processed by Paddle, not by us.
3. How and why we use your data
- to create and operate your account and deliver the Service (legal basis: performance of a contract);
- to discover opportunities and surface relevant executives across permitted public sources (contract / legitimate interests);
- to provide customer support (contract / legitimate interests);
- to keep the Service secure, prevent fraud and abuse (legitimate interests, legal obligation);
- to improve and develop features, including analytics on aggregated usage (legitimate interests);
- to send service-related and, where permitted, marketing communications you can opt out of at any time (legitimate interests / consent);
- to comply with our legal and regulatory obligations (legal obligation).
4. Who we share data with
- Paddle — our Merchant of Record. Paddle handles checkout, payments, subscription management, tax compliance, invoicing and refund processing on our behalf.
- Service providers / subprocessors — hosting, database, authentication, email delivery, analytics, error monitoring, and AI / discovery providers we use to operate the Service.
- Professional advisers — legal, accounting and similar advisers, under duties of confidentiality.
- Authorities — where required by law, regulation, legal process, or to protect rights, safety or property.
We do not sell your personal data.
5. International transfers
Our providers may process your data in countries outside your own, including outside the UK / EEA. Where this is the case, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses or adequacy decisions.
6. Data retention
We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes described in this notice, to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes and enforce our agreements. When data is no longer needed, we delete or anonymise it. Account data is deleted on request, subject to retention required by law (for example tax records held by Paddle).
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to the processing of your personal data, to data portability, and to withdraw consent. Users in the UK and EEA also have the right to lodge a complaint with their local data protection authority. We aim to respond to verified requests within one month. To exercise a right, contact us through the support channel inside the Service.
8. Security
We use appropriate technical and organisational measures — including encryption in transit, access controls, and authentication — to protect personal data. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to keep your data safe.
9. Cookies and similar technologies
We use essential cookies and local storage required to sign you in and keep the Service working. We may also use limited analytics cookies to understand aggregate usage. Where required by law we will ask for your consent before setting non-essential cookies, and you can manage preferences through your browser at any time.
10. Changes to this notice
We may update this notice from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or by email.
11. Contact
For privacy questions, contact Infostar International through the support channel inside the Service.
