Fraks.World is operated by Infostar International. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on subscriptions to Fraks.World. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund:

1. Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you used at checkout, or
2. Contact us through the support channel inside the Service and we will help arrange your refund with Paddle.

Once approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method. The time it takes for the refund to appear depends on your bank or card issuer.

Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account or via the Paddle billing portal. Cancelling stops future renewals; you retain access until the end of the current billing period.

Free trials

If your plan includes a free trial, you will not be charged during the trial. Cancel before the trial ends to avoid being billed. If you are charged immediately after a trial ends and decide the Service is not for you, the 30-day money-back guarantee above still applies.
