Terms & Conditions
Last updated: June 14, 2026
1. Who we are
Fraks.World (the "Service") is operated by Infostar International ("we", "us", "our"). By using the Service you are entering into an agreement with Infostar International.
2. Acceptance of these terms
By creating an account, signing in, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that organization to these terms.
3. The Service
Fraks.World provides a workspace for discovering business opportunities, evaluating them through the Spiral Navigator (Dreamer / Critic / Realist), and producing Business Model and Stakeholder Canvases, along with related discovery and recruiting features.
4. Your account
You must provide accurate information when registering, keep your credentials confidential, and are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service. In particular, you must not:
- use the Service for any unlawful, fraudulent, or deceptive purpose;
- infringe any intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of third parties;
- upload malware or attempt to probe, scan, or interfere with the security or integrity of the Service;
- scrape, harvest, or extract data from the Service except as expressly permitted;
- send unsolicited or bulk communications ("spam") through the Service.
6. Intellectual property
The Service, including all software, content, branding, and documentation we provide, is owned by Infostar International or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service in accordance with your subscription. You retain ownership of the content you submit; you grant us a limited license to host and process that content solely to operate and improve the Service.
7. Payment, subscriptions and refunds
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
Payments, billing, taxes, cancellations and refunds are governed by the Paddle Checkout Buyer Terms. Our own Refund Policy describes the refund window we offer and how to request a refund.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled. You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
8. Service availability
We work to keep the Service available and reliable, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
9. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you materially breach these terms, fail to pay amounts due, present a security or fraud risk, or repeatedly or seriously violate our policies. You may stop using the Service at any time by cancelling your subscription and closing your account.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or related to the Service is limited to the fees you paid to us (via Paddle) in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be limited by law.
11. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify Infostar International against any claims arising from your content, your use of the Service in breach of these terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
12. Changes to the Service or these terms
We may update the Service and these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or by email. Continued use after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Infostar International is established, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. The courts of that jurisdiction have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes, subject to any non-waivable consumer rights in your country of residence.
14. Contact
Questions about these terms can be sent through the support channel inside the Service. Billing and refund questions should be directed to Paddle at paddle.net.
